APPOINTMENTS
Appointments are recommended for tattoo and permanent makeup services. Submit an appointment request with your preferred service, artist, date, and any important details about your idea.
CONSULTATIONS
Some services may require a consultation before the appointment. Consultations give you the opportunity to discuss your design, placement, style, expectations, and any questions with your artist.
DEPOSITS
A deposit may be required to secure your appointment. Deposit requirements and payment details will be confirmed during the booking process.
CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact Black Crown as early as possible. Specific cancellation and rescheduling terms will be explained when your appointment is confirmed.
LATE ARRIVALS
Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. Late arrival may affect the amount of time available for your service and may require the appointment to be rescheduled.
AGE & IDENTIFICATION
Age and identification requirements apply to tattoo and permanent makeup appointments. Please contact the studio before booking if you have questions regarding eligibility or required identification.
DESIGN & ARTIST APPROVAL
Our artists work with each client to create artwork based on their individual vision and preferred style. Final designs, placement, and service details should be discussed and approved with your artist before the procedure begins.
HEALTH & SAFETY
Black Crown is committed to maintaining a clean and professional studio environment. Please follow all preparation and aftercare instructions provided by your artist.
AFTERCARE
Proper aftercare is an important part of your tattoo or permanent makeup service. Follow the instructions provided by your artist and contact the studio if you have questions during the healing process.
